Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All Fun Translate services are delivered digitally by email. No physical documents, printed materials, or tangible goods are shipped.

2. Delivery Formats

• Word and PDF documents: Delivered in the same format as submitted, with formatting preserved
• Subtitle files: SRT (default), VTT, or other formats specified at submission
• Game and app strings: JSON, XLIFF, PO, CSV, or your platform's native format
• E-learning content: XLIFF, LMS-compatible export, or scripted text depending on your authoring tool
• HTML and web content: HTML or structured data in the format your CMS requires
• Other formats: Specified at intake -- we accommodate most standard formats

3. Standard Delivery Timelines

All timelines are confirmed after intake based on the actual word count and language pair. Estimates shown on our website are for planning only.

• Hello Package (up to 1,000 words): 7 business days standard
• Converse Package (up to 4,000 words): 5 business days standard
• Fluent Package (up to 12,000 words): 3 business days priority, exact timeline confirmed at intake

4. Express Delivery

24-hour express delivery is available as a paid add-on for projects up to 4,000 words. Express availability is confirmed before checkout for the add-on is accepted. Express timelines begin from receipt of all required source materials.

5. Delivery Address

All deliveries go to the email address provided at checkout. Contact us before delivery to change the email address.

6. Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

7. Late Delivery

If delivery is delayed due to reasons within our control, we notify you promptly and provide a revised timeline. Delays caused by late source material submission, scope changes, or slow client response during active projects do not qualify as late delivery under this policy.
